Homemade Beet Blush

Posted by Pawan Saunya on

Making your own natural cosmetics is not hard. Girls, you can do it. Just be creative!

All vegetables and fruits have their own natural pigments that provide different benefits to your skin. This Beet Blush recipe is perfect for everyone who want to have natural rosy cheeks, a lovely look!

Beetroot has a strong purple-red colour which it’s also a powerhouse for vitamin C and antioxidants. It’s good for moisturizing and brightening the skin too. Surely gives you a healthy facial skin.

Here are the ingredients and recipe:

·       1 Tbsp Beetroot Powder (you can dehydrate the fresh beetroot and blend them into a powder form too. Just make sure that the powder has a super fine texture)

·       1 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder

·       ½ Tsp Hibiscus Powder

Mix them together and keep in the glass container.

*Note:

- This recipe works best with creamy/ moisturizing foundation

- You can adjust the colour by adding more/less beetroot powder and hibiscus powder

- Since it’s made from natural ingredients this beet blush is not water proof
