Maker Story
My name is Wei Liu. I am 36 years old. I have worked in the razor blade production facility for over 10 years. I have found a well paid, consistent and satisfying job in this company. My family and I live in WuXi Jiangsu. I have two kids, both are studying in Primary School in Wuxi. My main job is to ensure the blades are packed correctly and safely. Which is the final step in the production process. I work hard and hope you enjoy our razor blades we make with great care.
The production facility is based in Jiangsu province China
The minimum wage in the province is 2020 RMB per month. The workers are paid above that at 3500 RMB per month.
The staff works 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and are off on all public holidays.
Regular health checks are done at the expense of the company. And all major employee insurance is covered by the company.
The safety razor blades are shipped via sea freight to minimise the carbon footprint of each product. We offset our carbon emissions and more by planting a tree for every item we sell.
The product does not have any animal derivatives and no plastic. 100% Vegan and plastic-free.
