Homemade Avocado Salad Cream
Posted by Pawan Saunya onYou might experience when your avocado at home is getting too ripe and you don’t know what to do with it. Here is the solution! You can make your own version of healthy salad cream by using the whole avocado to get the creamy and buttery texture. Your next salad dish will be packed with good fat which are essential for balancing hormones and absorbing vitamins.
Here are the ingredients and recipes:
Just blend everything together in the blender. And that’s it!
1 Avocado
½ Cup Oat Cream
¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tsp Salt
Pinch of Pepper (Optional)

Relaxing Mint Foot Soak and Scrub
Posted by Pawan Saunya onHaving a long tired day? Standing or Walking too much and your feet are not happy? Let's make this easy foot soak & scrub which will make you feel like you are relaxing your feet at the spa.
Just combine everything and use it to massage your feet for 10 minutes OR add into a warm water bath then soak your feet for 30 minutes. Such a calming moment at the end of the day!
Here are the ingredients:
1 Cup Epsom Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Mint
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2-3 Drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
2-3 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil

DIY Muscle Rub
Posted by Pawan Saunya onIt might be really uncomfortable when you have muscle pain after doing sports or from office syndrome. This sore muscle rub recipe is a perfect combination of therapeutic herbs that help reduce inflammation while soothing the muscles with their slightly warm healing properties.
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1 Tablespoon Candelilla wax
20 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
Add everything into a small pot. On the medium-low heat, melt the mixture and stir well. Then pass through the fine sieve or muslin cloth into a little jar. Let it cool and becomes solid before use.
